TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENGLISH)

§1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Perayil-CentroCart.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).


§2 Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy now / Order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.


§3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated in the online shop are final prices in euros (€).

In accordance with § 19 (1) German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.

Delivery within Germany is free of charge unless otherwise stated.


§4 Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are stated in the respective product description.

Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable for the customer.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.


§5 Payment

The payment methods available are those displayed during the checkout process.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.


§6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Details regarding the right of withdrawal can be found in the Withdrawal Policy available on our website.


§7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


§8 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In the event of defects, consumers are entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement).


§9 Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.


§10 Liability for Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, customers are requested to report this immediately to the carrier and contact us.

Failure to do so does not affect statutory warranty rights.


§11 Storage of Contract Text, Contract Language

The contract text is stored by us.
Order details are sent to the customer by email.

The contract languages are German and English.


§12 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).


§13 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission discontinued the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
