Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Germany only.


Shipping Costs

Delivery within Germany is free of charge.
There are no additional shipping costs for orders delivered within Germany.


Delivery Time

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective product offer, delivery will take place within 3–7 business days after conclusion of the contract.

The delivery period begins on the day after you issue your payment (for PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna) or the day after the contract is concluded.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping Service Providers

Shipping is carried out via suitable shipping service providers, such as:

  • DHL

  • Hermes


Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.


Delivery Delays and Product Availability

In the event of delivery delays due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or delayed self-supply, we will inform you immediately.

If a product ordered is permanently unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

Payment Processing

The selected payment method will be charged immediately after completion of the order.


Invoicing

The invoice will be provided to the customer electronically via email.

Invoices are issued in accordance with statutory requirements.
(If applicable: As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is charged.)
